Scott has great experience in this area, and knows the demands of juggling work, family and training to get results. He has put together a 15 session package. The training sessions will be staggered by Scott to get the best benefit over the time period up to the party, holiday or event.
They are 45min sessions with full diet advise and training sessions given for you to do at home when not in the gym. The total package cost is €747.
Sessions times available between 9.00am-9.00pm Mon to Fri, and 9.00am-1.00pm Sat.
All training takes place in a superbly fitted out private personal and small group training centre.
Fit for 40 Training packages expire in eight weeks from first session. Non-refundable. Non-transferable.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of any appointment requires 24 hours notice prior to scheduled appointment time
or you will be charged for the session.
You can book a one off session to start without any commitment. Just pay the balance of the package to continue for the month. All packages must be paid in full when booked.
