Sessions times available between 7.00am-10.00pm Mon to Fri, and 9.00am-5.00pm Sat.
All training takes place in a superbly fitted out private personal and small group training centre.
You can book a one off session to start without any commitment. Just pay the balance of the package to continue for the month. All packages must be paid in full when booked. Non-refundable. Non-transferable.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of any appointment requires 24 hours notice prior to scheduled appointment time
or you will be charged for the session.
