TWS Presents "Its All Good" Bootcamp Training Programs

 

Classes are anywhere from 30 minutes to 60 minutes.

 

They include a 10 minute warmup and a 10 minute cool down and stretch.  Warming up and cooling down are the most important aspects of the training session with out these you are wasting your time and mine.

 

The other 40 minutes of the training goes as follows

 

HARD WORK, HARD WORK, AND MORE HARD WORK.  

 

Upper body exercises

Lower Body ecercises

Cardio (heart rate) training... hleps if you have a heart rate monitor


Some of the exercises we will be using are

Pushups (I have over 50 different styles to pick from) so I should be able to find one to fit you.

 

Squats (over 20 different styles)

 

Side Stradle hop (don't know what that is... guess you will have to come in and find out

 

Side Shuffles

Bounding

Tons of Core work

and much much more.
